The current HOA (PAMCO) and the board recently voted to increase dues by $95. For this year AND next year.
The developer should be turning the HOA management to the home owners in ~6 months.
What we need to do:
- Form a temporary committee to act in the interest of home owners
- Review activities performed by PAMCO to understand scope
- Hold elections to select board members once we assume management
